Hey all. I'm a new member and have been getting out to the speed workouts on Wednesday nights. Just wanted to let all those who have benn making it out and to those who have thought about it but haven't, it has helped immensley! My recent race (9-23-12) 8k PAWS was a blast! Last year, same race, same course, similar conditions for temp, Pre Trotter time was 40:49, 8:13/mi.....This year after starting in June with the Trotters, 38:20/7:43mi.... I know it's a big part of the Marathon program, but I hope we can keep SOME group training runs going here and there till the official April start up. Thanks guys!! Carl
